We got randomly paired with Anna through realtor.com an so glad we did! Anna was always quick to respond to our questions regarding a house even after hours. We had a few houses where we decided to look at last minute and Anna always did her best to make it happen. At showings, she’s usually there before us to kind of walk through and figure out the layout before we arrived in case we had questions regarding the features in the house and for things she wasn’t sure, she always got back to us after checking in with the agent of the sellers or owners. We were first time home buyers and were not very knowledgeable about the whole process and Anna was very patient and always explained it clearly so that we understood the process correctly.
